Cronyl offers physical NFC-enabled cards and related products designed to provide a physical interface to digital assets and compatible cryptocurrency wallets.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted when we confirm the order or otherwise indicate that the purchase has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or technical errors.

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to returns, refunds, damaged products, defective products, and incorrect orders.

8. Cronyl Cards and Digital Assets

Cronyl products are physical interfaces designed to interact with compatible cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain networks.

Cronyl is not a cryptocurrency exchange, bank, custodian, or financial institution.

Cronyl does not take custody of your cryptocurrency, store your seed phrase, or control your private keys.

You remain solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, wallet addresses, transactions, and digital assets.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Always verify the wallet address, network, asset, and transaction details before sending digital assets.

Blockchain networks and third-party wallet services may charge their own transaction or network fees. These fees are not controlled by Cronyl.

9. Wallets and Third-Party Services

Cronyl products may interact with third-party wallet applications, blockchain networks, payment providers, and other external services.

Compatibility and functionality may vary between wallets, devices, operating systems, blockchain networks, and software versions.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Cronyl is not responsible for services operated independently by third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

The Cronyl name, logo, designs, product designs, website content, graphics, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cronyl and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Cronyl intellectual property without prior written permission.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, images, comments, or other content to Cronyl, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cronyl is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of our products, incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect blockchain networks, user errors, loss of private keys or seed phrases, third-party wallet failures, blockchain network issues, or transactions initiated by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the country or region where the customer resides.
