Aucun frais Cronyl, et Cronyl ne demande pas de clé privée.
J'ai besoin de l'app Cronyl pour envoyer ou recevoir ?
Non. Un tap peut ouvrir la page de réception dans le navigateur. L'app Cronyl est en option. Elle peut rediriger vers le wallet choisi et, selon les fonctions disponibles, montrer le suivi, les marchés et des notifications push.
Comment marche le tap ?
Un tap ne porte que sur quelques centimètres. Le lieu et l'adresse de wallet n'apparaissent qu'à ce moment-là, et pas longtemps : un timer ferme la vue. La carte ne transmet ni seed phrase ni clé privée.
Cronyl est un wallet ?

Et si je perds ma carte ?
Une carte perdue ne donne tes clés à personne et ne déplace pas tes assets. Elle peut montrer le chemin de réception que tu as configuré, comme une adresse de wallet déjà partagée.
Quels wallets sont pris en charge ?
Ledger, Trust Wallet, Phantom, MetaMask, Trezor, Revolut et plus de trente autres, dont Exodus, Binance, Kraken, OKX, OneKey, Tangem et SafePal. La carte ouvre l'adresse de wallet que tu choisis. Cronyl ne se connecte pas à ta place.
Quels réseaux sont pris en charge ?
Plus de 170 000 réseaux. Un tap ouvre la blockchain où l'adresse existe déjà. D'autres réseaux arrivent dès que les wallets les ajoutent. Une édition or n'est qu'une finition. Quels assets sont pris en charge ?

Cronyl ne publie pas de niveau d'étanchéité. La carte est un objet de précision, faite pour être gardée et touchée, pas pour aller sous l'eau.
Comment marchent les éditions limitées ?
Les éditions limitées, y compris les éditions or et la carte Satoshi Nakamoto, sont une finition en quantité limitée. Les cartes marchent pareil.
Quand est-ce que ma commande part ?
Le délai, tu le vois au paiement, selon ton adresse de livraison. Le suivi arrive par e-mail dès que la commande quitte l'entrepôt.
Comment marche le retour ?
Le retour suit la politique publiée par Cronyl. Si un retour est possible, le délai et l'état de la carte, c'est écrit là.
Comment marchent les précommandes ?
Une précommande réserve une édition limitée. Payer ne t'apporte pas de crypto. Tu achètes la carte physique.
Comment la carte est-elle sécurisée ?
Le lieu et l'adresse de wallet ne s'affichent pas à distance. Un tap de près les montre un court moment, puis un timer ferme la vue. Sur la carte, pas de seed phrase, pas de clé privée, pas de solde. Ça reste dans ton wallet.

What is Cronyl?
Cronyl is a metal card with a gold finish. You keep it for a lifetime. Cronyl connects the card and the wallet: a tap opens a wallet you configure — crypto, NFTs, or real world assets. It is not a bank account, and it does not hold a balance. Zero Fees, and Cronyl does not ask for private keys.
Do I need the Cronyl App to send or receive?
No. A tap can open the receive page in a browser. The Cronyl App is optional. It can redirect to the selected wallet, and it can show wallet monitoring, market information, and push notifications, depending on the available features.
How does the tap work?
A tap only works across a few centimeters. Your location and wallet address appear only then, and only briefly, before a timer closes the view. The card does not transmit a seed phrase or a private key.
Is Cronyl a wallet?
No. Cronyl connects a physical card to wallet addresses you already control. The wallet remains the wallet. Cronyl is the interface.
Does Cronyl hold crypto?
No. Cronyl is non-custodial. Assets stay in your wallet, on the network you use. Cronyl does not hold a balance, and it cannot move funds.
Does Cronyl store private keys or seed phrases?
No. Cronyl does not ask for private keys, and it does not ask for a seed phrase. It does not store either.
What happens if I lose my card?
A lost card does not give someone your keys, and it does not move your assets. It can expose the receive path you configured, the same way a shared address can.
Which wallets are supported?

Which networks are supported?

Which assets are supported?
Crypto, NFTs, and real world assets — whatever the connected wallet can receive. The card does not contain the asset, and Cronyl does not custody it. The transfer settles in your wallet.
Can I connect multiple wallets?
Yes. Each Cronyl card supports up to three wallet addresses. Two cryptocurrencies, three real world assets, three NFTs, or any mix. You choose which address a tap should open. The host can be different on each one.
Can I change my wallets after setup?
No. The wallets are set during setup and cannot be changed afterwards. Assets stay in the wallet you connected. Cronyl does not move them, and it does not ask for a private key.
Can I use Cronyl internationally?
Receiving assets is a function of your wallet and the network, not of the country you are standing in. Shipping of the physical card follows the shipping destinations offered at checkout.
Are there Cronyl transaction fees?
Zero Fees, and no Cronyl subscription. The card is kept for a lifetime. Network fees, when a transaction has them, are charged by the blockchain and shown by your wallet.
How does receiving crypto work?
Someone taps the card on a compatible phone, the configured wallet experience opens, and they send to your address. The assets arrive in your wallet. Cronyl is not in the middle of the transfer.
What happens when someone taps the card?
A compatible phone reads the card and opens the wallet experience you configured. They see a way to send to your wallet. They do not see your keys.
Does the card work with iPhone?
It works with iPhones that can complete a tap. The tap is the primary path. The destination is still the wallet you configured.
Does it work with Android?
It works with Android phones that can complete a tap. If a device cannot complete a tap, the receive destination remains the wallet address you configured — nothing is held by Cronyl.
Is the card waterproof?
Cronyl does not publish a waterproof rating. The card is a precision object, made to be kept and handled, not submerged.
How do Limited Editions work?
Limited editions, including the Gold editions and the Satoshi Nakamoto card, are a finish produced in limited numbers. The cards work the same way.
When does my order ship?
The delivery time is the one shown at checkout for your address. Tracking is sent by email once the order leaves.
What is the return policy?
Returns follow the refund policy published by Cronyl. Eligibility, windows, and condition of the card are described there, not invented at checkout.
How do pre-orders work?
A pre-order reserves a limited edition. You are not receiving crypto by paying for the card. You are buying the physical card.
How is the card secured?
Your location and wallet address are not shown from a distance. A close tap shows them only briefly, then a timer closes the view. The card holds no seed phrase, no private key, and no balance. Those stay in your wallet.
